Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead to lead and support their team based in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Thursday (7:15 AM - 4:00 PM) and Friday (7:15 AM - 11:45 AM). The Clinical Lead will be responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality, efficient, evidence-based health and wellbeing services to client employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of clinical pathways.
Review clinical competencies and materials.
Provide leadership and support to the clinical team.
Develop and implement initiatives to meet targeted wellbeing programs.
Assist with the recruitment, selection, and induction of multidisciplinary team members.
Oversee and coordinate resource allocation to meet shift requirements and maintain optimal skill mix.
Conduct regular competency reviews and audits of clinical work, ensuring compliance with policies.
Support the management of daily clinical services and help resolve any workplace conflicts.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
NMC Part 1 registration
Strong clinical background in A&E/Emergency Care
Postgraduate experience in an Occupational Health setting
Proven leadership and management skills
IT literacy and ability to use digital health systems
